Stafford, CT – Tractor Supply will be opening its 18^st store in the state this fall. The store, located at 54 West Stafford Rd., is being developed by Penny Lane LLC a subsidiary of New England Retail Properties, Inc. Mark D’Addabbo and Matthew Darling are spearheading the development, taking the property through the zoning process and construction phases to store completion.  The store consists of 19,097 s/f of retail space along 15,000 s/f of outdoor storage and sales space, totaling 34,097 s/f.

Financing is being handled by Matt Krokov of Peoples Bank, the architect is Glen Oxford of Oxford Architecture, civil engineering is being handled by Jim Cassidy of Hallisey, Pearson and Cassidy Engineering, WR Newman is building the store and Tom Moriarty of Moriarty, Paetzold & Sherwood is legal counsel.
