New England Retail Properties, Inc. (NERP) announces the sale of the Tractor Supply (TSC) store located at 361 Scott Swamp Road (Route 6) in Farmington, Connecticut for a price of $3,625,000.  The property was sold through AEI Property Corporation, Chicago, IL.   Mark D’Addabbo, President along with Matthew Darling, Vice President of NERP worked together with Ian Harrison of AEI Capital Corporation, Chicago, IL handling the negotiations between the Seller and Purchaser, a private 1031 investor.

 NERP acquired the former Frank’s Nursery & Crafts from KIMCO Realty in 2010 and worked with Tractor Supply to fully retrofit the building and grounds to TSC’s criteria. TSC opened in February, 2011 and continues to operate today serving the Farmington, Burlington, Plainville and other surrounding markets.
