Matt Halprin, Senior Vice President of New England Retail Properties, Inc., exclusively represented the owners, Y-Cee Manchester, LLC in leasing the property. Joey Garlic’s is a well established local restaurant group specializing in gourmet pizza and oversized Italian style dinners and grinders.
