Jacqueline Lakritz has joined New England Retail Properties, Inc. in June, 2018 and is responsible for tasks related to retail brokerage and development. Her focus is in assisting national retailers on their market penetration and expansion strategy throughout the northeast. Jacqueline is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Connecticut and Massachusetts.

Jacqueline has an inherent understanding and interest in retail real estate, as her family owns and manages a portfolio of commercial real estate in Massachusetts. Prior to working in real estate she held sales and marketing positions in the corporate offices of major retailers in New York City and Los Angeles. New England Retail Properties, Inc. (NERP) announces the acquisition of 4.02 acres of commercial land at the corner of Beaumont Road and Route 5, North Colony Road in Wallingford, Connecticut for the purpose of developing a small shopping center to be anchored by Tractor Supply Company (TSC) of Brentwood, TN. The site, which is adjacent to the Walmart Superstore, will be home to the newest Tractor Supply prototype, known as the “1 Tractor” prototype which includes all of the latest retail innovations TSC has incorporated into their stores. Some of the newest features include a pet wash complete with shampoo, conditioner and dryers permitting customers to come in and wash/dry their pets; in-store internet; order at home and have it ready at the store for pickup; and home delivery for certain larger items.

New England Retail Properties, Inc. (NERP) announces the acquisition of 4.07 acres of commercial land on Route 112, Patchogue-Middle Island Road in Medford, New York (Long Island) for the purpose of developing a small shopping center to be anchored by Tractor Supply Company (TSC) of Brentwood, TN. NERP, through an associated partnership, acquired the property from Branchbrook Corporation on December 14, 2017, via a 1031 Exchange of a property relinquished in Farmington, CT.

New England Retail Properties, Inc. (NERP) announces the sale of the Tractor Supply (TSC) store located at 361 Scott Swamp Road (Route 6) in Farmington, Connecticut for a price of $3,625,000.  The property was sold through AEI Property Corporation, Chicago, IL.   Mark D’Addabbo, President along with Matthew Darling, Vice President of NERP worked together with Ian Harrison of AEI Capital Corporation, Chicago, IL handling the negotiations between the Seller and Purchaser, a private 1031 investor.

Tractor Supply Co., a national retailer of products for homes, farms and animal owners, is coming to Long Island.

The popular Brentwood, Tenn.-based chain is building its first Long Island store on 3.97 acres on Route 112 and Commercial Boulevard in Medford. Construction is scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2018 and the 19,000-square-foot store is slated to open by the end of the summer.

Tractor Supply also plans to open a second Long Island store in Calverton, for which the developer is currently seeking approvals from the Town of Riverhead.

The Medford site was purchased for $1.6 million. Wethersfield, Conn.-based New England Retail Properties is developing the property for Tractor Supply. The developer/broker has a 3,600-square-foot retail space next to the Tractor Supply store it is currently marketing for lease.
