A former 7-Eleven gas station and convenience store in Glastonbury has sold for $1 million. In a statement, officials with New England Retail Properties Inc., which represented the seller, Bidwell Associates, said the 0.5 acre property at 3041 Main St. changed hands on Tuesday.
Bidwell Associates had owned the location for 45 years, and New England Retail Properties started leasing the space to 7-Eleven in 2000. The buyer was described as a “local investor.” The property includes several gas pumps and a 1,900-square-foot building.
