CONNECTICUT, December, 2021 –  Litchfield Development Partners LLC and Tractor Supply Co. (TSC) celebrate the opening of the new store in Litchfield, Connecticut. The store, located on the Litchfield and Torrington line at 626R Torrington Road (Route  202) in Litchfield, CT has been developed by Litchfield Development Patners LLC a partnership of New England Retail Properties, Inc. of Wethersfield, CT  headed by Matt Halprin  and Mack V Development of West Hartford, CT. headed by Mark D’ Addabbo.

Affiliated  entities and partnerships of New England Retail Properties have  represented,  as brokers and developers, many of the  Tractor Supply Company stores throughout New England and Eastern New York over the past 18  years. The new Litchfield store consists of 19,097 SF of retail space along 20,000 SF of outdoor storage, sales space and a new garden Center.

A great team  of people  contributed to the success of this project.  Financing was handled by Matt Krokov of Peoples Bank in Holyoke, MA, the Architect is Glen Oxford of Oxford Architecture in Nashville, TN, Civil Engineering was handled by Jim Cassidy of Hallisey, Pearson and Cassidy Engineering of Cromwell, CT, WR Newman of Nashville, TN built the store and Tom Moriarty of Moriarty, Paetzold & Sherwood of Glastonbury, CT was  legal counsel.
