Matt Halprin, President & COO of New England Retail Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of the Middletown, Connecticut Tractor Supply Co. located at 815 Newfield Street, Middletown, CT 06457. The property was sold for $5,860,000. The Tractor Supply property consists of a 19,097 square-foot building plus a 15,075 square-foot outdoor sales area on approximately 4.55 acres.

The property was developed in 2013 by Middletown Development Partners LLC a partnership of New England Retail Properties, Inc. of Wethersfield, CT headed by Matt Halprin and Mack V Development of West Hartford, CT. headed by Mark D’ Addabbo. The purchaser was a private investor based in the Midwest.
