New England Retail Properties opens Tractor Supply in Enosburg Falls

Vermont Business Magazine New England Retail Properties, Inc. has announced that two of their subsidiaries have completed the ground up development of two new Tractor Supply Company Stores in Ensoburg Falls, VT, and Somersworth, NH. Both Stores opened Saturday December 10, 2022 after 6 months of construction.
The Vermont store is located in Enosburg Falls and can be found on 38 Jayview Drive and Route 105, adjacent to the Hannaford Supermarket and McDonald’s, has been developed by Enosburg Development Partners LLC.
The New Hampshire store is located at 211 Route 108 in Somersworth, NH, has been developed by Somersworth Development Partners LLC. Both companies are subsidiaries of New England Retail Properties, Inc. of Wethersfield, CT owned and headed by CEO Matt Halprin.
Affiliated entities and partnerships of New England Retail Properties, Inc based in Wethersfield CT have represented as exclusive brokers and developers more than fifty of the Tractor Supply Company stores that have expanded throughout New England and Eastern New York over the past 19 years. The new stores consist of 19,097 SF of retail space along with 20,000 SF of fenced outdoor display, sales space and a new garden Center.
A great team of people contributed to the success of these projects. Financing was handled by Matt Krokov of Peoples Bank in Holyoke, MA: the Architect is Glen Oxford of Oxford Architecture in Nashville, TN: New Hampshire Civil Engineering was handled by Jim Cassidy of Hallisey, Pearson and Cassidy Engineering of Cromwell, CT: Steve McLarty from Coastland Enterprises was site contractor in Enosburg, VT: Steve Wright for NASS was site contractor for Somersworth; WR Newman of Nashville, TN was the general contractor for both projects; Matt Darling of Palm Coast Capital was Construction coordinator for the developer and Tom Moriarty Esquire of Moriarty, Paetzold & Sherwood P.C of Glastonbury, CT was legal counsel for both projects.
