Get your handheld blasters ready – laser tag is returning to town.
LaserMaxx which is moving into 3005 Berlin Turnpike – the former site of LaserQuest – which shuttered up in August 2020.
LaserMaxx, a Dutch company, has 360 worldwide locations. Newington will be the sixth location in North America and the fourth in the United States. The other three are in San Carlos and San Jose, California as well as one Spokane, Washington. There are also Canadian locations in the provinces of Ontario and Ottawa.

Work commences on new Tractor Supply Retail Store

CONWAY — Nearly two years after receiving conditional approval from the Conway PlanningBoard, developers announced late last week that work has commenced on the Tractor Supply Co.store on the North-South Road in North Conway.
The 19,028-square-foot, one-story store will be located just north of the PetSmart store and accessed offthe northernmost roundabout offthe North-South Road.
That roundabout also provides access to to Settlers Green and the yet-to-open Market Basket. Bulldozers and other heavy equipment could be seen and heard out at the construction site this week.

New England Retail Properties, Inc. CEO Matt Halprin announces that two of their subsidiaries have completed the ground up development of two new Tractor Supply Co. Stores in Ensoburg Falls, VT and Somersworth, NH. Both Stores opened Saturday December 10, 2022 after 6 months of construction.
The Vermont store is located in Enosburg Falls and can be found on 38 Jayview Drive and Route 105, adjacent to the Hannaford Supermarket and McDonald’s, has been developed by Enosburg Development Partners LLC. The New Hampshire store is located at 211 Route 108 in Somersworth, NH, has been developed by Somersworth Development Partners LLC. Both companies are subsidiaries of New England Retail Properties, Inc. of Wethersfield, CT owned and headed by CEO Matt Halprin.

ENOSBURG — A new Tractor Supply stores opened in Ensoburg Falls. The store opened Saturday after 6 months of construction.
It is located at 38 Jayview Drive and Route 105, adjacent to the Hannaford Supermarket and McDonald’s.
The new store consists of 19,097 SF of retail space along with 20,000 SF of fenced outdoor display, sales space and a new garden Center.
A great team of people contributed to the success of these projects.

ENOSBURG — A new Tractor Supply Co. store has opened in Enosburg Falls, at 38 Jayview Drive adjacent to Hannaford Supermarket. New England Retail Properties, Inc. broke ground on the store this summer, and construction was completed in about six months. A grand opening was held Dec. 10.
The new store consists of 19,097 square feet of retail space along with 20,000 square feet of fenced outdoor display, sales space and a new garden center.
CEO Matt Halprin announced that a new store was also simultaneously developed in Somersworth, New Hampshire. It opened on the same day.
